NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. OPEN TO LEGAL RESIDENTS OF THE STATE OF FLORIDA WHO ARE 18 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER AT THE TIME OF ENTRY.

PRELIMINARY INFORMATION:

The Florida Lottery (“Sponsor”), along with its “Administrator,” PPK, will conduct the “Vault Collector Giveaways” (the “Giveaways”). The Giveaways begins 12:00:01 a.m. Eastern Daylight Time (EDT) on July 1, 2024 and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. EDT on August 11, 2024. (the “Giveaways Period”). The Giveaways Period consists of two (2) Entry Periods: July 1 – 21, 2024 and July 22 – August 11, 2024.

ELIGIBILITY:

The Giveaways is open to legal U.S. residents residing in the State of Florida, who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, directors or agents of Sponsor, Sponsor’s contractors and subcontractors, Administrators, their respective affiliates, parent companies and subsidiaries, and each of their respective divisions, affiliates, contractors, subsidiaries, distributors, sales representatives, and advertising and promotion agencies (collectively, the “Giveaways Entities”) and their immediate family members (parents, children, siblings or spouse, regardless of where they live, or persons living in same household, whether related or not) and any others engaged in the development, production, execution or distribution of the Giveaways are not eligible to participate.

HOW TO ENTER:

During the Giveaways Period, visit fun.floridalottery.com and complete the registration steps:

  1. Provide your full name
  2. Provide your email address
  3. Verify you are 18 or older
  4. Verify you are not a robot

A participant may login daily, using the same email address used to register, to collect one (1) token of six (6) possible tokens (Tokens: Top Hat, Car, Cat, Dog, Rubber Ducky, Ship). Only one token is awarded each day through logging in. Participants may earn bonus token/s by performing social actions: (i) One (1) token is awarded for watching the MonopolyTM Secret Vault Scratch-Offs embedded commercial video. (ii) One (1) token is awarded for following the Florida Lottery on Facebook. (iii) One (1) token is awarded for following the Florida Lottery on Instagram. Throughout the Giveaways Period only one (1) additional token can be received for each social action performed. Tokens are awarded randomly using the nth generation process. By collecting three (3) of the same tokens within a single Entry Period, one (1) entry into the Giveaways for that token’s designated prize will be earned. Only one (1) grouping of 3-like tokens is permitted for each Entry Period (i. e. one (1) entry earned per Entry Period for a given token type). However, a participant may collect a grouping for each token type. At the end of the Entry Period 1, the tokens a participant has collected will be cleared, and the participant may collect new tokens during Entry Period 2

If a participant enters using a mobile device, message and data rates may apply. Participants should consult their wireless providers’ pricing plans.

ENTRIES:

Non-winners can re-enter to win during remaining Giveaways days. Previous winners are ineligible to enter or win subsequent Giveaways within the Giveaways Period.

The Florida Lottery will not be responsible or liable for failure to receive entries due to transmission failures or technical failures of any kind, including without limitation, electronic malfunction of any network, hardware or software. Proof of submission does not constitute proof of entry. The Florida Lottery reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel or suspend the Giveaways should viruses, bugs or other causes beyond its control corrupt the administration, security or proper play of the Giveaways. In the event of cancellation of any Giveaways, the prizes will not be awarded.

II. Prize Winner Notification:

Winners will be notified via email if they are chosen as a winner and will have 10 business days to reply to the Sponsor. Winners must follow the claim instructions provided within 10 business days. Winners must submit a copy of a Florida Driver’s License, Florida Identification Card, U.S. Passport, or other acceptable form of identification, bearing an address within the state of Florida. Individuals who fail to provide a valid email address will not be eligible to win

If the winner does not respond to the notification-of-winning email within the designated timeframe or does not provide the requested documentation within 10 days, the potential winner will be disqualified and forfeit the prize and the administrator will select an alternate potential winner from the remaining eligible entries received during the Giveaways Period. Unclaimed prizes may not be awarded.

*The total approximate retail value of all prizes is $5,000.00.

The prizes will be provided to confirmed winners via the email used to enter the Giveaways within 90 business days of the confirmation of all necessary information for prize processing. Neither Sponsor nor Administrator will be liable for lost, stolen, misdirected, or failed emailings and will not re-issue a gift card or otherwise provide compensation for such. Should a gift card, or any portion of the card’s balance, not be honored for any reason, it will not be replaced and no other compensation will be provided. Prizes cannot be sold, transferred or bartered in whole or in part. No prize substitution or exchange will be allowed, except at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value at its option. The winner is solely responsible for any and all taxes on the prize, including, but not limited to all applicable federal, state and local taxes if applicable. All other costs and expenses not expressly set forth herein shall be solely the winner’s responsibility. Sponsor shall not be held responsible for any delays in awarding a prize for any reason. Prizes will only be awarded to winners whose eligibility is verified. Sponsor makes no representation to winners as to the fitness or suitability of the prizes for any purpose, and Sponsor hereby disclaims any and all warranties, express or implied, concerning any prize.

IV. Odds:

Odds of winning a prize depend on the number of eligible responses received during each Entry Period of the Giveaways Period.

GENERAL RULES OF PARTICIPATION:

By participating in the Giveaways, participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules. All federal, state and local laws apply. Any attempted form of participation in the Giveaways other than as described herein is void. Multiple participants are not permitted to share the same email address. Entries received from any participant in excess of the stated limitation will be void. In order for an online entry to be valid, participants must have a valid email address. Any attempt by any participant to obtain more than the stated number of entries and/or submit entries by using multiple/different email addresses, accounts, identities, registrations, logins, and/or any other methods will void that participant’s participation and will disqualify that participant from the Giveaways. In the event of a dispute regarding the identity of the person submitting an entry, the “authorized account holder” (determined at time of entry) of the account used to enter will be deemed to be the participant. The “authorized account holder” is the natural person who is assigned to the email address through the email platform. Potential winners may be required to show proof of being the authorized account holder. Business or fictitious name use is not permitted.

If (A) Sponsor is blocked from contacting the potential winner for any reason; (B) the potential winner is found to be ineligible; (C) the potential winner cannot or does not comply with these Official Rules; (D) if prize or prize notification is returned as undeliverable; or (E) the potential winner does not respond to the notification-of-winning email within the designated timeframe, the potential winner will be disqualified and forfeit the prize and Sponsor will select an alternate potential winner from the remaining eligible entries received for that prize during the Giveaways Period. Unclaimed prizes will not be awarded. Sponsor’s decisions are final and binding on all matters relating to this Giveaways

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual found, in Sponsor’s sole discretion, to be tampering with the operation of the Giveaways, to be acting in violation of these Official Rules, or to be acting in an unsportsmanlike manner or with the intent to disrupt the normal operation of the Giveaways. Any use of robotic, automated, macro, programmed, third party, or like methods to participate in the Giveaways may void any attempted participation effected by such methods and may result in the disqualification of the individual utilizing the same. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify from the Giveaways any participant it believes has violated these Official Rules. Sponsor may prohibit a participant from participating in the Giveaways or winning a prize if, in its sole discretion, Sponsor determines that said participant is attempting to undermine the legitimate operation of the Giveaways by cheating, hacking, deception, or other unfair playing practices or intending to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other participants, Sponsor, or any of the Giveaways Entities. If for any reason the Giveaways is not able to be conducted as planned, including, but not limited to, by reason of infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud or any other causes beyond the reasonable control of Sponsor which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Giveaways, then Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Giveaways and select winner/s from those entries received up to the cancellation/suspension date, or may select no winners, without obligation or liability.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY:

By participating, participants acknowledge and agree that Sponsor, Sponsor’s contractors and subcontractors, Administrator, and the Giveaways Entities and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents (collectively, the “Released Parties”) are not responsible for, and shall have no liability for (1) entries that contain incomplete or inaccurate information or do not otherwise comply with these Official Rules; (2) entries, prize claims or notifications that are lost, late, incomplete, illegible, unintelligible, damaged, garbled, misdirected, or otherwise not received by Sponsor or its agents for any reason; (3) any typographical or other error in the printing or advertising of this Giveaways, the administration or execution of this Giveaways, or in the announcement of a prize winner; or (4) any problems or technical malfunctions, or causes beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control that jeopardize the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Giveaways.

By participating in the Giveaways, participants agree to be bound by the Official Rules of the Giveaways and accept that all decisions of Sponsor are final and binding in all respects. By participating in the Giveaways, participants and winners agree to and hereby waive, release, discharge, indemnify and hold harmless the Released Parties from and against (A) any and all liability, for loss, harm, damage, injury, cost or expense whatsoever with respect to or in any way arising from the Giveaways and/or use of the prize, including, without limitation, property damage, liability for personal injury (including emotional distress), and/or death caused, in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from the awarding, acceptance, possession, use, misuse, loss or misdirection of any prize or participation in any Giveaways related activity or participation in the Giveaways, and (B) for any claims or causes of action based on publicity rights, defamation or invasion of privacy and merchandise delivery.

CAUTION AND WARNING: ANY ATTEMPT BY A PARTICIPANT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE THE GIVEAWAYS WEBSITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE GIVEAWAYS MAY BE IN VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, THE SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK REMEDIES AND DAMAGES (INCLUDING ATTORNEYS’ FEES) OR OTHER REMEDIES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON(S) RESPONSIBLE FOR THE ATTEMPT, TO THE FULLEST EXTENT OF THE LAW, INCLUDING CRIMINAL PROSECUTION.

DISPUTES:

All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of participant and Sponsor in connection with the Giveaways, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Florida, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules, which would cause the application of laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of Florida. If any part of these Official Rules is deemed to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable or illegal, the balance of the Official Rules shall remain in full force and effect and shall be construed in accordance with its terms as if the invalid or illegal provision were not contained herein. Participants agree that (1) any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Giveaways or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, WITHOUT RESORT TO ANY FORM OF CLASS ACTION, and exclusively by a federal or state court located in Florida, with venue of Leon County, Florida, (2) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this Giveaways, but in no event attorneys’ fees, and (3) UNDER NO CIRc*msTANCES WILL PARTICIPANT BE PERMITTED TO OBTAIN AWARDS FOR, AND PARTICIPANT HEREBY WAIVES ALL RIGHTS TO CLAIM, INDIRECT, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, AND CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES AND ANY OTHER DAMAGES, OTHER THAN FOR ACTUAL OUT-OF-POCKET EXPENSES, AND ANY AND ALL RIGHTS TO HAVE DAMAGES MULTIPLIED OR OTHERWISE INCREASED. FURTHER, SPONSOR DOES NOT WAIVE SOVEREIGN IMMUNITY, AS DEFINED UNDER FEDERAL OR STATE LAW

PUBLICITY RIGHTS:

By participating in the Giveaways and/or accepting a prize, each participant agrees to allow Sponsor and its designees the perpetual worldwide right to use and/or publish participant’s name, biographical information (exclusive of street address and telephone number/s), photos and/or other likeness, entry comments, and statements, in whole or in part, for promotion, trade, commercial, advertising and publicity purposes, at any time or times, in all media now known or hereafter discovered, without additional compensation or notice to participant, or review or approval by winner, except where prohibited by law.

CONFLICT BETWEEN OFFICIAL RULES AND PROMOTIONAL MATERIALS.

In the event of any conflict with any details contained in these Official Rules and any details contained in any promotional materials of the Giveaways (including, but not limited to, point-of-sale, television and print advertising, promotional packaging, and other promotional media), the details of the Giveaways set forth in these Official Rules shall prevail.

PRIVACY POLICY:

Any personal information collected during a participant’s participation in the Giveaways will be used by Sponsor (Florida Lottery), Administrator, and their respective affiliates, designees, agents and marketers for the purposes of the proper administration and fulfillment of the Giveaways as described in these Official Rules and otherwise in accordance with Sponsor’s Privacy Policy as stated athttps://floridalottery.com/privacy-policy.

For a list of winners (exclusive of street address and telephone number), mail a self-addressed, stamped business envelope to: Winners List, Vault Collector Giveaways, 1102 N Florida Ave. Tampa, FL 33602. Winners list requests must be received no later than September 30, 2024.

Any prizes not awarded for any reason during the Giveaways will not otherwise be awarded to any Giveaways participant or otherwise compensated.
