A prestigious law firm with a prominent office in Atlanta is seeking a highly skilled Senior Associate or Senior Counsel with 4-6 years of experience in commercial real estate. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in leasing, acquisitions, dispositions, and development of commercial real estate properties.
This position requires a deep understanding of title and survey review, environmental matters, title insurance, permitting and entitlements, zoning, and equity/debt investment structures. Strong drafting skills and admission to practice in Georgia are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle commercial real estate transactions including leasing, acquisitions, dispositions, and development.
Review and analyze title and survey documents.
Address environmental matters and work with title insurance.
Manage permitting and entitlements processes.
Navigate zoning regulations and compliance.
Structure and advise on equity and debt investments.
Draft and negotiate complex real estate documents and agreements.
Collaborate with clients, attorneys, and other stakeholders to ensure successful transaction outcomes.
Qualifications:
4-6 years of experience in commercial real estate law.
Demonstrated expertise in leasing, acquisitions, dispositions, and development.
Proficiency in title and survey review, environmental matters, and title insurance.
Experience with permitting and entitlements, zoning regulations, and equity/debt investment structures.
Strong drafting and negotiation skills.
Must be admitted to practice law in Georgia.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
